General Terms and Conditions

  1. Universal

    For all performances to this contract form the basis, are valid following conditions. All changes need excluding the written form.
    The supplier makes available a platform, however, becomes no contracting partner, with realisation of a contract between 2 users.

  2. Subject of the contract

    The contract comes about by registration about the registration form and acceptance of the GTCT.

    The Internet sites allow to the user the adjusting of missions and storage spaces, as well as the view of the opposed missions and storage spaces.

    The website silofrachen.de & kipperfrachten.de is a private project and thus can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

  3. Notice

    The contract can be terminated by either party without notice for any reason.

  4. Guarantee and liability

    silofrachten.de or kipperfrachten.de sticks exclusively for under point 2 clause 3 called purposes. Particularly the supplier takes over no guarantee for correctness and completeness of the opposed dates from users.

    The liability for a culpable injury of life, body or health their statutory agent or agent remains untouched from the exclusion of liability.

    Liability for damages is among other things for the case that the access to the sites should be disturbed (servicing work, force majeure...) impossibly.

  5. Authorisation

    It is worth solely German right to the exclusion of the UN commercial law.

    Jurisdiction is 'Bad Kreuznach', provided that the user is a businessman for the purposes of the German Commercial Code.

The user agrees with the fact that all dates are registered, among the rest, electronically and are processed.

Should single regulations of these conditions be ineffective, the validity of the other regulations is not touched.
